When not at work what are you happiest doing?
Outside of work, I’m happiest when I can start my day with an early morning run followed by some matcha and quiet time, ideally going as long as possible before looking at screens.
I’m a homebody at heart and deeply value quality time with family above all else.
Brief history with H&H?
I recently joined H&H as Controller, bringing a passion for creating structure, and building a finance function that drives both clarity and results. I’m focused on developing a team that loves coming to work and feels celebrated and accomplished every day. My goal is to support the company’s profitability and long-term success by strengthening operations and fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and momentum.
Beach or mountains and why?
Mountains! I’ve spent a lot of time solo hiking, backpacking, and summiting 14ers across Colorado, as well as exploring mountain ranges in various other regions. The beauty of those landscapes is beyond words, and the feeling of reaching the summit never gets old.
If you could time travel, what would you tell your younger self?
I’d tell my younger self that everything is happening for her right on time and in her favor especially when it doesn’t look that way. The challenges, delays, and detours are all part of the path that is shaping her into the person she is meant to be. Trust the process and keep moving forward.
Who is someone you admire and why?
admire individuals who have surmounted adversity and transformed those experiences into sources of strength and guidance for others.
What's something the team doesn't know about you?
Something people don’t know about me is that I don’t watch TV, so don’t expect me to know which movie you're referencing. Fiction has bored me since forever, it’s a tragic character flaw, I know.
