This project constructed approximately 18,500 s.f. of clinical areas to support a new Cancer Center in the entire first floor shell-space of a new medical office building for Norton Healthcare in Louisville, KY. H&H Design-Build/Architection provided Construction Documents, Preconstruction Services, Construction Management and Contract Administration services. Major medical equipment included 2 Varian linear accelerators with Brainlab’s patient positioning systems, and a Siemens CT simulator. The space included a healing garden, bespoke art glass, art installations, and visual therapy systems to provide a patient-centric, stress-reduced environment.
