This project constructed approximately 800 of new building addition clinical space to house a ZAP Radiosurgery System and renovated approximately 13,500 s.f. of clinical space for Medical Oncology, Radiation Oncology, Women’s Diagnostic Imaging Center, General Diagnostic Imaging Center and general support spaces for Medstar Georgetown University Cancer Institute in Clinton, MD. The project was completed in 5 phases and 5 Bid Packages around a continually operating facility. H&H Design-Build/Architection provided Space Programming, Architectural Design, Interior Design, Equipment Coordination, Construction Documents, Preconstruction Services, Construction Management and Contract Administration services. Major medical equipment included a Zap Radiosurgery System, C.T. System, Varian Halcyon System, Varian Linear Accelerator, General Radiology, Mammography, Dexa, and Tomography.
